Cancellation Policy
- All ticket Sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted. The festival is held rain or shine.
- Rooms cancelled 30 days before the event: Full refund, less than 15% of the price as a cancellation fee.
- Rooms cancelled less than 30 days before the event: Refunds for any deposits or payments received will be determined by Berrywise Enterprise, depending on the ability to resell the rooms or tickets. A cancellation fee of 20% of the total price will be deducted from any refunds issued.
- In the event concert is canceled full refunds will be returned.
Lost Ticket Policy
- There will be a $12 per ticket fee for the replacement of lost tickets, and Shipping costs.
- The lost tickets will be cancelled and cannot be used for entry.
Reward Points Policy
Berrywise Enterprise is an authorized reseller of tickets and hotel rooms. We purchase a block of rooms and make reservations on your behalf. As a result of this purchasing method, the rooms are not eligible for reward points. To earn reward points, you must make direct reservations with the hotel yourself.
Privacy Policy

Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information. Personal information will not be released to third parties except to further the purpose for which you provide the information. Our website tracks information about visits to our website. For example, we compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors to our site, the daily requests we receive for particular files on our website, and what countries those requests come from. These aggregated statistics are used internally to better provide services, but the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.
