How many years has Berrywise Enterprise been providing tickets and accommodations for the Festival?
Owner has been providing tickets and accommodations for the Festival since 1978.
What time do performances start each evening?
Performances begin at 7:30 sharp on Friday and Saturday. Gates open at 6:30 pm.
How long do the concerts last?
Concerts typically last 4-5 hours. Two full stages set up eliminates long delays between acts.
Do you guarantee the artists listed will appear at the Festival?
No guarantee. The artists are signed by and under contract with the promoter of the festival. In nearly all cases the advertised artists do appear. However, if they break the contract it is not a matter Berrywise Enterprise can control.
When will I get tickets I purchased from Berrywise Enterprise?
Tickets are shipped by USPS certified mail (within 5 business days) or day of concert at “Will Call”.
How will the hotel know I am part of the Berrywise Enterprise group?
Berrywise Enterprise provides a rooming list to each of the hotels. Names of fully paid patrons are included on the list and are available at the registration desk upon arrival at the respective hotel.
Does the Berrywise Enterprise package include transportation?
No. The Berrywise Enterprise package does not include transportation. It is designed for those who wish to enjoy the drive to Cincinnati.
Can I arrange to come down early, on Wednesday or Thursday?
Yes. Arrangements for early arrivals can be made separately with the hotels. Contact us.
Will the hotel ask me for a credit card when I check in?
Yes. Each hotel will ask for a credit card or cash deposit upon check in to cover incidentals. Room costs and associated taxes for nights reserved are paid by Berrywise Enterprise.
